The Engaged Dog Deck is a 20-card training tool designed to make everyday training simple, fun and genuinely engaging for both you and your dog. Inside the deck are 15 training cards, each featuring a short sequence of behaviours for you and your dog to work through together. Because the cards are shuffled every session, your dog can’t simply predict what comes next. Instead, they learn to pay closer attention to your cues, helping build stronger focus, smoother transitions and more reliable responses over time.
Each card includes a QR code linking to a step-by-step video demonstration, so you’re never left guessing how to practise an exercise.
Every video shows the same sequence at three different skill levels:
• Beginner - using food lures
• Intermediate - using hand signals
• Advanced - using verbal cues only
This allows you to progress at your own pace while building clear communication and confidence together.
The deck also includes 5 built-in break cards: Love Sit, High-5 Party, Sniff Hunt, Tug Frenzy and Balls of Fun. These playful resets encourage short moments of connection, sniffing and play throughout training sessions, helping keep your dog motivated, emotionally balanced and excited to keep learning.
